  Climate and Weather

Weather is the state of the atmosphere, or the sequence of the states of the atmosphere at any given time. It is the short term variations of the atmosphere in terms of temperature, pressure, wind, moisture, cloudiness, precipitation and visibility

Weather is highly variable. Weather is the behavior of the lower atmosphere which effects the land and oceans and have an influence of the organisms which live within them. It is not the same everywhere; Perhaps it is hot, dry and sunny today where you live, but in other parts of the world it is cloudy, raining or even snowing

Everyday, weather events are recorded and predicted by meteorologists worldwide and the study is called Meteorology

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) Climate in a narrow sense is usually defined as the "average weather," or more rigorously, as the statistical description in terms of the mean and variability of relevant quantities over a period of time ranging from months to thousands or millions of years. The classical period is 30 years, as defined by the World Meteorological Organization (WMO). These quantities are most often surface variables such as temperature, precipitation, and wind. Climate in a wider sense is the state, including a statistical description, of the climate system
